I help children, teens, families, and adults navigate learning and neurodivergent differences (dyslexia, ADHD, autism) alongside anxiety, depression, OCD, and sleep/insomnia. My approach is collaborative and skills-focused—practical strategies you can use at home, school, and work.
How I Work
My foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor care with:
- ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for OCD (exposure hierarchies, response prevention, reducing family accommodation)
- CBT-I for insomnia and sleep difficulties
- PMT (Parent Management Training) for behavior support and routines
- ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and MI (Motivational Interviewing) to strengthen values-based habits and follow-through
OCD Program
I will run Coping Resource Center’s OCD Program, delivering structured ERP for children, teens, and adults. If OCD is your primary concern, ask about enrolling in our program.
Research Interests
My academic work focuses on:
- Sleep & mental health: insomnia and daytime functioning; integrating CBT-I within youth and adult care
- Neurodevelopment & learning: ADHD, autism, and learning disorders (including dyslexia), executive functioning, and school supports
- Evidence-based interventions: optimizing ERP for OCD, family involvement/accommodation, and treatment adherence
I’ve trained in medically-informed and primary-care settings and have contributed to peer-reviewed research and national conference presentations. (Selected highlights available on request.)
