Helping You Find Relief from Anxiety, OCD, and Trauma
I help clients find clarity and relief when anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or past trauma start interfering with daily life. If you’ve been feeling stuck in fear, shame, or self-doubt, or struggling with intrusive thoughts, panic, or chronic worry; you’re not alone. These issues are common, and they’re treatable with the right support.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related conditions, and insomnia. With over 15 years of experience in outpatient, residential, and research settings, my approach is compassionate and collaborative. Together, we will create a path forward for you so you can finally find the peace and calm you have been searching for.
I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based strategies, to help you build practical tools for long-term change.
Whether you’re struggling with racing thoughts, avoidance, sleep difficulties, or the emotional weight of trauma, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space to understand your symptoms and move forward with purpose.
I also recognize that for many people, faith and spirituality are central to how they make meaning of their experiences. I welcome the integration of a client’s spiritual or religious values into our work together.Â
What to Expect in Therapy
I view therapy as a collaborative, empowering process. In our first session, we’ll talk about your goals, discuss what’s working and what’s not, and develop a personalized plan to guide our work. We’ll typically start with weekly sessions to build a strong foundation. As you make progress, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of sessions, with the ultimate goal of helping you feel confident and equipped to maintain your gains independently.
Let’s Connect
If you’re ready to take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’d love to help you or someone you care about take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness.
