Care For Everyone In The Family

A Free 15-Minute Call Before You Book

You look fine. That's part of the problem.

You show up. You hit the deadlines, you get the kids where they need to be, you say the right things at dinner. From the outside there is nothing to point at.

Inside it’s a different story. You’re awake at 3am running the same loop. You’re snapping at the people you’d least like to snap at. Nothing’s majorly wrong, which makes you question whether you actually need therapy.

You’ve probably told yourself it’s a busy season. That it will settle once this quarter ends, or once the house is finished, or once the kids are back in school. It hasn’t settled. Some version of this has been going on for a while now, and the gap between how things look and how they feel keeps getting wider.

You don't have to wait until it gets worse to do something about it.

Who We See At This Office

You are performing at work. Nobody would guess. But you are not sleeping well, you are short with the people closest to you, and the things you used to enjoy have stopped landing. Our treatment protocols typically run ten to twelve sessions, and the goal is for you to leave with skills rather than a standing appointment.

The grades slipped, or they stopped going out, or the arguments got louder. You are not sure whether this is normal adolescence or something that needs attention. Our child and adolescent clinicians can help you work out which it is, and what to do next.

Dr. Kojo Mintah is a licensed pediatric clinical neuropsychologist. If a school has recommended an evaluation, or you are wondering about ADHD or a learning difference, comprehensive testing is available at this office.

Not always in crisis. Sometimes just aware that the same argument has been running on a loop for two years and neither of you knows how to change the script.

Chronic pain, insomnia, IBS, fertility treatment, a hard postpartum stretch. Our founder, Dr. Liz Ross, built her clinical career in health psychology, and it remains a focus of the practice.

Mylene Duarte, LPC, sits on a black couch looking towards a colleague and smiling.
