What Is CBT-I?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a short-term, research-backed approach that helps you get to the root of what’s keeping you up at night. It is over 80% effective for improving sleep in those struggling with clinical insomnia and recommended as the front-line approach for treating insomnia by the American Academy of Physicians.

Instead of relying on sleep medication, CBT-I teaches you how to change the thoughts and habits that are interfering with your rest. You’ll learn how to reset your sleep schedule, quiet a busy mind at bedtime, and rebuild a healthier relationship with sleep. It’s considered the most effective treatment for chronic insomnia, and most people start noticing real improvements after just a few sessions.
