I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor with over 16 years of experience in family therapy. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and families as they navigate complex challenges, whether related to trauma, eating disorders, addiction, chronic illness, or major life transitions. With specialized expertise in treating eating disorders, I offer tailored interventions that address the unique interplay between family dynamics and disordered eating, helping clients achieve balanced and lasting recovery.
A Compassionate, Family-Centered Approach
I’ve always believed that effective therapy must address the intricate dynamics within families. Drawing on extensive experience in residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient settings, and private practice, I have honed an integrative approach that blends evidence-based techniques with deep empathy. My work focuses on reconnecting families, enhancing communication, and guiding them through the process of healing and growth.
Leadership, Supervision, and Impact in the Field
Beyond my clinical practice, I have served as Chief Clinical Officer at The Council on Recovery and as Clinical Director for Monte Nido & Affiliates’ Clementine adolescent residential treatment centers. In these roles, along with my work as a supervisor, I have led innovative interventions that empower families to overcome crises and develop lasting solutions. These leadership positions underscore my commitment to transforming challenges into opportunities for resilience and renewal.
Empowering Families to Heal
I believe that every family has the capacity to rebuild and thrive. My collaborative approach emphasizes understanding and validation, encouraging open dialogue and mutual support among family members. By equipping families with practical tools and strategies, I help transform conflict into connection and adversity into strength.

Life Outside Of Work
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time with my 10-pound Goldendoodle, Callie. I’m a passionate sports fan, cheering on the Texans, Astros, and enjoying college football. Family is incredibly important to me—I cherish moments with my six siblings and 10 nieces and nephews. I also have a love for travel and enjoy exploring new places whenever I get the chance.
